Our Policy
New Clients are required to pay a 25bds deposit which goes towards your service. Failure to pay this deposit may result in lost of appointment time.
Please notify us within 24-48 hours if you need to cancel or rebook.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Clients who are 15mins late will be charged a late fee of $10
Clients who are more than 15mins late will be resheduled.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Due to the high demands of appointments ALL NO SHOWS will be subject to a rebooking fee.
Deposit are non- refundable and non-transferrable in the event of a NO SHOW.
